Collecting Data
During your dealings with Harry Garlick Limited, whether that be general email enquiries or purchasing from a store, we will be collecting data from you. We DO NOT pass on ANY personal details to a third-party company or individual for the purpose of advertising, opinion polls or market research, without your consent to do so.

Using Data
There are two instances where we do need to use information given to us. Firstly, for legal reasons, we are obliged to pass your details to the TV Licensing Authorities when you purchase a TV from us. Secondly, should you apply for Credit or for Rental of any products we will need to pass information to a credit company or credit reference company. We only give out the relevant information requested by those companies terms & conditions (available from any Harry Garlick Store)

Emailing
We may, from time to time, contact you via email, to inform you of any special offers that we may have available and we feel may be of benefit to you. If you would prefer not to receive any such emails from us, please mention this at the time of purchase to the member of staff in the branch you are purchasing from, or by email at any later date using the CONTACT page of this web site
