We also sell products to meet all your Home Entertainment needs, products such as Blu-Ray players, Soundbars and Televisions incorporating all the latest LED and OLED technology such as SMART TV, Wi-Fi and Apps. With manufacturers such as Samsung, Panasonic, Sony and LG. There is no reason to shop anywhere else for your electrical needs. All our products are brand new and supplied direct from the manufacturer.
Product Images
All our product images are supplied to us directly from the manufacturer, whilst we endeavour to make sure that the images provide an accurate representation of the products we supply, we can not be held liable for any slight variations. Payments
To purchase any of the products on our website we must receive payment in full prior to dispatch. We accept all major UK registered credit and debit cards.
For security purposes we reserve the right to credit check any payment details that are used on a transaction this includes the IP address and billing and delivery details. Based on our check we reserve the right to cancel a transaction, this is done to protect against fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right NOT to sell any goods due to pricing errors. Either due to a typographical error or as a result of an error in pricing information given to us by either a manufacturer or supplier, we have the right to refuse or cancel the order. Should your credit card have been debited before the error has been noted we will immediately refund all monies to the value of the incorrect price and delivery charges where applicable.
Invoicing
All our paperwork is sent to the email address used when placing an order. We are unable to post any invoices, if you require a copy invoice please contact us. All our invoices contain VAT details including a breakdown of VAT payments and our registered VAT number.
Large Items
When ordering large items such as American Style Fridge Freezers and Range Cookers please use the measurements provided on each products page to ensure that the entrance-way(s) to your premise are sufficiently wide enough. Should the item NOT fit into your premises we reserve the right to charge you for the return of the item.
Complaints
All complaints on any subject should be put in writing and addressed to Complaints Department and to the address detailed on our CONTACT US Page. We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within five working days of receipt.
